Personal Care Worker

  • If your previous experience as a Disability Support Worker, Personal Care Attendant or similar role, with a strong understanding of the unique needs of individuals with disabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

  • A caring, patient and empathetic attitude, with a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Case Manager

  • Are you someone who enjoys working flexible hours from home and on the road?

  • Are you passionate about providing great care services to our elderly living independently in our communities?

  • Are you working experience with a Home Care Provider. Do you thrive in a supportive and compassionate work environment?
